Shipping and handling charges are clearly shown on the checkout page. These charges are based on the combined weight of all the items ordered. Personalised items are not combined and are shipped individually. Adjustments to your order can be made by amending quantities or deleting items from the basket.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days. However, in some circumstances we may have to order your item from our suppliers which can take an extra couple of days. Personalised items take 10-14 days as they are specially made. Lost Or Damaged Items
We use sturdy packing materials to send out all our items. However we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. We always obtain proof of postage slips and we will provide these on request if a claim needs to be made. You agree that proof of postage supplied by Royal Mail or Hermes is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been dispatched.
